The promotion and organisation of the European Mobility Week requires a great deal of coordination between different levels of governance and different stakeholders.
The campaign coordination is based on a
partnership between:

a
core consortium:
Eurocities,
Energie-Cités,
Climate Alliance.

the
national coordinators (representatives from national ministries and agencies, European and International Associations and Organisations).

with the political support of the
European Commission, DG Environment.
While the core consortium takes care of the day-to-day management and the promotion of the initiative at European level, the national coordinators play a central role as they respond more closely to regional and local needs and guarantee both the delivery of the political message, the definition of a common methodology and the organisation of promotional campaigns at national level.
